Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree dalam Human Resource / Business Admin (bonus)
  • Berpengalaman dalam HR basic 1–2 tahun (fresh graduate welcome dengan training)
  • Faham asas pengurusan HR: hiring, disiplin, attendance, SOP HR
  • Mahir guna komputer (Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Form)
  • Boleh sediakan KPI staff & pantau performance
  • Kemahiran komunikasi tinggi (call, WhatsApp, face-to-face)
  • Mampu buat screening calon dengan professional
  • Teliti, organized & boleh handle banyak task HR serentak
  • Boleh buat dokumentasi HR dengan kemas dan sistematik
  • Berdisiplin, jaga kerahsiaan staff & company
  • Boleh bekerja full-time di HQ Pemaju Digital

Responsibility

  • Jawatan HR ini adalah nadi kepada Team Scaling 2026.
  • A. Hiring & Recruitment
  • Buat job posting di platform (Jobstreet, Maukerja, Indeed, FB)
  • Screening calon (CV review + WhatsApp pre-interview)
  • Atur interview untuk Boss / GM
  • Onboarding staff baru
  • Sediakan offer letter, employment contract & HR forms
  • B. HR Compliance
  • Pastikan semua HR dokumen lengkap & tersusun
  • Update file staff: IC, address, emergency contact, SOP acknowledgement
  • Jaga kerahsiaan dokumen sensitif
  • Pastikan semua polisi HR dipatuhi (lateness, dress code, conduct)
  • C. KPI Management
  • Setup KPI setiap department:
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Operation
  • Finance
  • Renewal
  • Coordinator
  • Collect KPI mingguan & bulanan
  • Report KPI kepada Boss & GM
  • Ambil tindakan jika staff gagal capai KPI
  • D. Attendance & Disiplin
  • Monitor attendance harian
  • Kira cuti tahunan, MC, emergency leave
  • Tegur staff jika ada masalah disiplin
  • Laporkan isu serius kepada GM / Boss
  • E. Staff Welfare & Performance
  • Bantu selesaikan isu staff kecil (kerusi rosak, meja, laptop, environment)
  • Pastikan suasana kerja kondusif
  • Bantu tingkatkan semangat & budaya kerja positif
  • Uruskan sesi coaching atau warning letter jika perlu
  • F. Monthly HR Reporting
  • Sediakan HR report bulanan:
  • Attendance
  • KPI
  • Staff issue
  • Recruitment progress
  • Disciplinary report
