Requirement
- Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Web Developer
- Mahir WordPress (plugin, theme structure, custom post type, ACF)
- Tahu coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
- Tahu PHP (advantages besar, sebab directory banyak custom function)
- Berpengalaman build website directory / listing / multi-niche (bonus)
- Faham hosting, DNS, cPanel, database MySQL
- Boleh optimize performance (speed, caching, file optimisation)
- Ada pengalaman troubleshoot error, bugs dan compatibility issues
- Boleh integrate API simple (payment, form, autoresponder)
- Mampu urus projek dan deliver on time
- Ada laptop sendiri & internet stabil
- Boleh bekerja full-time di office HQ
- Fleksibel dan boleh handle banyak directory serentak
Responsibility
- A. Develop New Directories
- Bina directory baru setiap bulan (niche berbeza)
- Setup struktur pages, categories & vendor listing
- Build homepage, landing pages & template vendor

- B. Improve Existing Directories
- Tingkatkan UI/UX untuk user friendly
- Baiki bugs, error & broken pages
- Upgrade speed, security & mobile performance

- C. Customisation
- Create custom post types
- Setup ACF fields
- Custom page template untuk vendor profile
- Custom loop, search & filter untuk directory listing

- D. Technical Maintenance
- Update WordPress core, themes & plugin
- Check compatibility issues
- Repair database tables
- Backup schedule

- E. Collaboration
- Bekerjasama dengan:
- Web Designer (untuk design vendor page)
- Coordinator (untuk content vendor)
- Marketing (untuk SEO structure & traffic integration)
- Technician (untuk fixes kecil)

- F. Support Scalability
- Pastikan setiap directory ready untuk onboarding vendor
- Sediakan framework untuk scaling 40 directories dengan konsisten
